Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the HyperWords web application at app.hyperwords.pro, the optional Chrome extension, the hyperwords.pro website, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, installing the extension, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use HyperWords.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit access to the Service without our written consent.
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to circumvent rate limits or usage caps.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or train a competing AI model.

You need an account to use the web app. Paid plans (Pro, Unlimited) are billed through Stripe and tied to the email associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity on your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use HyperWords.

• Plans. Pro is $3.99 / month or $22.99 / year. Unlimited is $5.99 / month or $34.99 / year. Free is $0 forever.
• Recurring billing. Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
• Cancellation. Cancel anytime from the customer portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• Refunds. If you are unhappy with HyperWords, email [email protected] within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.
• Price changes.We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions keep their original price until the next renewal.
• Taxes. Prices exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST), which are added by Stripe at checkout where required.

You retain all rights to text you submit to HyperWords (the “Input”) and to AI-generated suggestions you accept (the “Output”).

You grant us a limited, temporary licence to process your Input solely to generate Output. We do not store Input or Output on our servers beyond the request lifetime, and we do not use them to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You are solely responsible for the Input you submit and the Output you choose to publish.

The HyperWords name, logo, extension code, website, and underlying technology are owned by us. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service — nothing more.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your context. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion before using it.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that suggestions will meet your standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.

You may stop using HyperWords at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or attempt to harm other users. On termination, paid features stop at the end of your current billing period.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on this page (and via the extension where appropriate) at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
